Through this website Mas Climent sells the products displayed at any given time, in accordance with the applicable General Terms of Sale. This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website.
2. User status. Some features may require creating a customer account. Users are responsible for safeguarding their access credentials and for reporting any unauthorised use of their account without delay. The conditions applicable to registration, password recovery and account deletion are set out during sign-up.
3. Use of the website. This website gives access to information, offers and product descriptions (the “contents”) belonging to Mas Climent. The user undertakes to make appropriate, diligent and good-faith use of the website, its contents and the services made available.
Purchases through the website are governed by the General Terms of Sale in force on the date of the order, which are accessible before the customer is bound by the purchase and during the purchase process.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction. This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. Where the user is a consumer, any dispute is submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable mandatory rules. In relations with businesses or professionals, the parties submit to the courts of Barcelona, unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise.
