Natural red wine made with regenerative farming on the slopes of Les Gavarres, Sant Martí Vell. Unfined and unfiltered, with minimal intervention. Limited edition: each year we bottle only what nature decides to give, not a single bottle more.
Winemaking
The Garnatxa negra grapes come from the estate's low-yield organic vineyard. Hand-harvested in mid-September in 12 kg crates, in perfect condition. Fermented with native yeasts for 14 days in open stainless-steel tanks; aged for almost 5 months in second-use French oak barrels of 225 and 300 litres.
Tasting notes
Purple with pink highlights, intensely aromatic with juicy red fruit and delicate balsamic notes. Elegant, silky and lively on the palate, with hints of wild strawberries.
Pairing
Perfect with almost anything: from casual food (pizza, burgers, sandwiches) to fish, shellfish, white meats, rice dishes and semi-soft cheeses.
Storage and serving
Store between 14 and 17 °C; serve at around 14 °C.
